Introducing HealthSync by Bupa, the app that helps you analyse and get in-sync with your overall health and wellbeing. It's all about you. It helps you take control of your health and wellbeing by giving you the tools to understand, manage and improve.

You don't need to be a Bupa customer to benefit from HealthSync. Simply use the code provided by your employer to get started.

HOW IT WORKS

Just like the dashboard of your car tells you when the fuel tank is empty, or the engine needs oil, or whatever cars need (it's a mystery to us), your HealthSync human dashboard guides you on where you are and where you need to be. HealthSync combines data from your phone, your wearable device and other inputs such as your mood to create your own human dashboard. It provides you with personalised insights and guidance for your mind, heart, sleep, weight and activity so you can make changes to improve your overall physical and emotional health.

MOOD SENSE CHECK

You'll receive notifications from us to do mood check-ins – let us know how you're feeling. Please don't hold back. Angry at your next-door neighbour? In love? Feeling under the weather?

HealthSync combines your mood inputs with your profile and device data to help you understand how your physical and mental health are related and provide holistic feedback.

Your HealthSync app syncs with FitBit, Garmin, Apple Health app, Delta, Misfit, Withings and Polar.
