Care4Today® IBD helps you feel more in control of your Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis by letting you track your symptoms and understand more about your disease, while giving your Healthcare Team access to your health information so they can see how you are doing in between consultations.

Health trackers

Connect regularly to complete the simple health trackers and questionnaires. The app then automatically builds health charts of your progress.

These health charts will make it easier to accurately describe how you have been when you next see your healthcare team and can be accessed by your specialist doctors and nurses in between your appointments to see how you are getting on.

You can also store some of your lab test results in the app so that you and your healthcare team can compare them with how you have been feeling.

Reliable information

Make informed decisions about your treatment through a library of medically approved articles covering diagnosis methods, symptoms, treatment, diet and food, exercise and wellbeing, as well as tobacco, drugs and alcohol.

Treatment reminders

Set reminders for any biologic treatments that have been scheduled for you to take at home or in hospital.

Goal setting and motivation

Set health goals to help you keep motivated during your treatment.
