The principle of our cuisine is "Authenticity" which stems from traditional home cooking

and reflects a perfect way of combining contrasting flavors and ingredients

from major provinces of India, China and parts of the world.

The challenge is to create authentic delicacies in each of these dishes on our menu.

Our master lady chefs choose the delicacies from their vast repertoire that is hard to

resist the pleasure of the palate from our exquisite local specialities to the creme of

international cuisine superbly concocted.

Our Speciality - Malwani and Varhadi dishes has its own distinct way of

traditional cooking. Many masalas have home made dried red chilies and other

spices like coriander seeds, peppercorns, cumin, ginger, garlic, etc.

Some dishes also have kokum, tamarind, and raw mango (kairi).

Fish dishes dominate the Malvani cuisine.

The fiery seafood curries are spicy yet very tasty.

Sol Kadhi is a appetizer drink made from the kokam fruit

and Coconut Milk, often drunk after hot and spicy food.
