Connection Board

Connection board is a digital pin board to share ideas and contacts, and for individuals, organizations and companies to connect to each other.

The aim is to make it easy to write about an idea or to find other people to co-develop an idea with on the go. By making Connection Board available on almost all technical platforms in the modern society, we will reduce the gap between coming up with an idea and starting the realization process.

Connection board is meant for:

-Individuals that want to join a project or develop a talent, either by collaborating with other individuals or by joining an existing project.

-individuals-, NGOs- or corporate projects that are looking for more people to collaborate with and develop the projects.

-be a board that displays internships, trainee programs, graduate programs and employment positions specifically directed towards new- and recent graduated students.

The aim is to motivate people to collaborate more and broaden their network, to enable more people to gain more practical experience within and outside their field of study.

Why?

Today there already dozens and hundreds of websites dedicated to finding a job, internship or other work. However there are few or none local or national sites in Lund and Sweden, that are dedicated to students and non students to look for projects or possibilities to collaborate with others to create projects.

In this modern time where finding a job is increasingly difficult, and the requirements on newly graduate students to have experience without the possibility to earn practical experience is creating a dilemma. The connection board seeks to remedy that problem by providing a hub to connect students and projects, in conjunction with FENA’s support, to both coach and inspire projects and students.

How?

By creating a platform that is available on mobile units and desktop/laptop/pad units to connect people and organizations that have different objectives to develop together. The functionality will be the same regardless of whether it is a phone or pad, they will have access to the same information and same full functionality across all platforms to maximize its accessibility and availability.
