“CAREGIVERS 10, COMMUNITY 3.0.” is an application whose main objective is to improve the quality of life of family members and/or caregivers of dependent elderly people and of these themselves, offering quality tools and resources so that caregivers can provide more specific care to their dependent elderly relatives. , through the areas of Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Nursing.

This application aims to promote learning about self-care, both physical, psychological and social, for caregivers and promote the empowerment of those women who need a real reconciliation between their role as caregiver with other facets of their lives such as work and personal life.

You can watch exercise videos to improve your physical condition and how to perform movements with proper posture and movements, relaxation methods, etc. In addition, you can obtain information from infographics that are easy and enjoyable to read. You can acquire techniques on mobilization, stimulation activities, learn about the characteristics of the most common neurogenerative pathologies in older people, technical and economic aids that facilitate the day-to-day life of older people and their family members and/or caregivers. and much more content!
