Downloads work again on Android 6.0 and newer devices; the required permission was not being requested. Fixed the search input text being white and barely visible. Updated the list of Idgames mirrors. Made som layout tweaks, mostly to rating icon dimensions and colors. Removed the last remnants of compatibility for Android 2 and 3. Only Android version 4 and newer are supported by this version.
