The accept to access media, photos and data message it is just to access the directory of them in order to work with sharing or send your VCF file with your contact info to the person you authorize to, nothing to be affraid.
With this App there is no need to use the QR code with your contact because it allows its user to share or send the VCF contact file via Bluetooth, NFC or SMS to the other person's mobile and it will automactly loads in the contact book or Google contact as well.
