Lap Timer
A menu has been added to reset the display items for the lap timer.
When switching vehicle information ON/OFF, the display items in the lap timer have been reset.
Fix the issue that break the lap timer display when the screen display size is changed.

Vehicle Information
A menu has been added to reset the display items for the vehicle information monitor.

Maintenance
When restore app, the app defined tracks have been re-initialized.
