It is the customers responsibility to make sure when placing the order all info is correct, as well as checking their own invoice that the shipping address is correct.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change the shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. If we ship an item to the address shown on the bill and is the wrong direction, and that has not been upgraded to a right direction.

In addition, we send out shipping notifications to every customer when their order is shipping. You will also receive a tracking # to your Paypal email address.

Each customer is responsible for verifying their address, once the item is out of our possession, we can not do anything to change the destination.

Due to the level of Personalization of our items, we require a minimum of 7 to 10 days. During the holiday season or if we encounter a heavier work load, that may be increased to 2-3 weeks.
