Health Check Wizard

This app allows caregivers to quickly and efficiently check on their patients' health statuses. Our clean and intuitive design is simple and can be used by anyone. Simply register as a patient and give your caregivers your ID, or register as a caregiver and ask for your patients' IDs. Caregivers can also set up scheduled check-ins on the app, allowing them to regularly check in on their patients.
