Henkel Track & Trace

Henkel Track & Trace App is for drivers moving loads/shipments for Henkel Laundry & Home Care and can be easily used to send events/status updates along the entire transportation from the warehouse to Henkel´s customer and logistics partners. Drivers can promptly and user-friendly communicate with Henkel´s logistics team:

* PRE-ADVICE: Send your estimated pick-up time to prepare your loading and minimizing waiting times

* SEND STATUS: Send pre-defined Henkel events with one tap

* VIEW TOUR: View your tour to next pick-up or delivery location on a map, no need to enter address details in your mobile device for navigation

* SEND DELAYS: Send real-time delay notifications (traffic, accident, mechanical issues etc.) avoiding big explanations on phone

* ESTIMATE ARRIVAL: Send your estimated delivery time to prepare your offloading and minimizing waiting times

* SEND POD: Send electronic POD including pictures from customer´s signature and damaged goods

A mobile internet connection is required. GPS data will not be recorded on the mobile device nor send to Henkel.
