Added: Lots selection dialog when working with lots.
Added: Print lot information on the cash receipts if working with lots and lot information is available.
Added: A check box allowing to print the invoice as a fiscal receipt if a fiscal receipt was not printed before that.

Improved: Show the last sale price in the items list if the current partner is using price group "Last sale price"
