Updates and improvements for both parents and coaches. You can now:

*Inform your coach that you're not attending training and provide a reason
*Coaches can edit and delete match reports
*Coaches can see number of players selected for a match day squad
*Coaches can enter scores for non-league matches
*Coaches can add players from other teams to match day squads
