This application is designed to monitor the sales force activities performed by Wallcoat team of Maple leaf Company on daily basis. The sales staff all over Pakistan is required to perform their daily shop visit activities as per plan assigned by the regional head. The retailer network is Geo Tagged by the application and shop visit can only be submitted at the actual location. So the sales officer has to visit the retailer shop actual location and the job is successfully submitted by taking user input related to new sale orders. The sales officer can also add new shops through this mobile application and requrest is submitted in the system for regional head approval.

The regional manager can view the summary and details of shop visits of his staff through online portal. The staff performance can be compared against targets for each individual allocated in the system. This sales force monitoring application is expected to enhance the sales force performance in terms of market growth and deeper knowledge of the field operations
