Electronic diary is a software solution for managing electronic diaries in agricultural cultivation activities and tracing the origin of agricultural products. The software allows farms and production facilities to record, store and manage information on the production process for each batch/growing area, from seed preparation, care, use of materials, harvesting, processing to product consumption.

The system integrates IoT (Internet of Things) devices to automatically collect and monitor environmental parameters in the cultivation area (such as soil moisture, temperature, pH, light, soil nutrition, etc.), helping to monitor crop status continuously, objectively and in real time.

Data from the electronic diary and IoT system is fed into an analysis module using artificial intelligence (AI) to detect unusual trends in the cultivation environment, predict the risk of pests or propose appropriate care measures. AI supports early warning and optimizes resource usage, minimizing risks in agricultural production. At the same time, the software generates traceability codes so that consumers, distribution businesses and management agencies can transparently look up detailed product information through QR codes or product identification codes, ensuring reliability and increasing the value of agricultural products in the market.
