Adding option to include heart rate and power to video overlay.
Now showing up and down distance of jumps on the video overlay (instead of total/combined up/down vertical).
Fixed bug where saving an activity could hang when the device was offline.
Improved performance of save for very large activities.
A few other performance improvements.
