New layouts Low, High Tenor, other Tenor, and Quad drums; two new Double Tenor layouts based on Bertie Marshall design; toggle text button to switch note texts on or off; pop up menu button in the set reverb menu for toggling drum sound reverb on or off; fixed the orientation of the Double Second layout. Fixed other quality issues.
