New patch notes:
- added 8 permanent upgrades that you can buy using influence
- overcharge mechanic: reset resource to increase influence gain
- added a new type of buildings: military infrastructure
- added multiple main buildings
- added a new Ale producing building
- click statistics to toggle between total resources or resources over time display)
- rescaled Happiness to only calculate once per quarter
- rescaled Influence to only calculate once per 10 seconds
- added two achievements
