The workouts are coached by Fitness Professional Lacey Bruschke, Creator of Obsidian, Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Nurse, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coach. You can choose a workout from our categories, including Warm-Up, Obsidian Foundation, Total Body Strength, Upper Body, Lower Body, Partner, Pregnancy, Cardio, Strength Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Agility, Balance, Flexibility and Yoga-Inspired. You can also select 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute workouts to fit your demanding schedule. Obsidian is designed for everyone! Whether you are a beginner, a skilled athlete or anything in between. Children as young as 9 and adults as old as 70 enjoy the benefits of Obsidian—making this total body workout family-friendly! Try doing Obsidian just 3 days per week and see what a difference it makes! You can begin with as little as 5 minutes and build up from there. You will see your strength and stamina increase, balance and posture improve and you can get the results you have always wanted. Let the transformation begin!
