  - Removed banner to "Rocket Descent Deluxe" as THIS is now the Deluxe ;-)
  - Added more wrench-powerups to default play mode.
  - From now on, advertisement isn't shown when you crash before reaching the 500 units distance. Yay!
  - Removed READ_PHONE_STATE permission as we don't use this at all. (Unity put it there ;-)
  - Added button to "more games", which aren't there yet, but will be in 2017, haha! (Check facebook.com/codedfun)
