RP Health coach in this application, you do not have to work hard to stay physically and mentally fit. Because there are 10 levels in this applications. Each of these 10 levels has some smaller levels. They hold medals at small levels such as Bronze, Silver and Gold. As you cross those small levels, so you start getting medals and you will be excited to cross these small levels every day, We hope so.

This application has been created so that you do not have to do hardwork to exercise, rather you do exercise by making a yoga game with this you will be able to enjoy the Yoga exercise to some extent and physically and mentally fit.

Cautions :-

(a) Age Criteria :

Male- 12 to 60 years(you can do these exercises) 60 years and above(If your physical capacity is good, then you can do these exercises.)

Female-12 to 55 years(you can do these exercises) 55 years and above(If your physical capacity is good, then you can do these exercises.)

(b)If you are suffering from Asthma, High Blood Pressure and Heart Problems should not do exercises given in this Health Coach application. Pregnant ladies should also not do exercises given in this yoga app.

अगर आप अस्थमा, हाई ब्लड प्रेशर और हार्ट प्रॉब्लम्स से पीड़ित हैं तो इस हेल्थ कोच एप्लीकेशन में दी गई एक्सरसाइज को नहीं करना चाहिए। गर्भवती महिलाओं को भी इस योग ऐप में दिए गए व्यायाम ना करे.
