Improve calibration accuracy by moving the calibration handles 3x slower than the actual movement, allowing more precise control of the position.
Fix buggy 1/2 inch subdivision toggle.
Fix issues for devices with a notch or cutout a the top of the screen.
Add fullscreen toggle to use the space under display cutouts (e.g. camera, notch).
