1. Call CRM contacts/ receive phone calls from within the app. Update Task, deal, contact records based on the conversation.
2. Add custom fields in deal, contact, account and task records. (admin function only- added fields are visible to other users)
3 . Create custom forms by admin for data capture by users on their mobile phone- forms created by admin are instantly pushed live to all users for their use on the mobile app and browser.
