Again, mainly bug fixes and stability issues.

1) Some stamps fail to update the ticket on your device on the first try resulting in duplicate stamps in Omaha. Code was added to track and find this error.

2) PM lists now indicate which PMs have been completed. A checkbox is added flag machines (as found, done, or need to be done - it's up to you).

3) Note Entry: now on 420 tickets the note type "INST" (installation) is offered.
