Procedure/Method to Apply for Refund/Packing of ordered Items

(i.) If the customer wants to request for a return he/she can do it by signing in to his/her SHOPPi9 account. After opening the page he/she will see the product which he/she ordered with a 'delivered' label on it. He/she will find return button at the bottom of the order and can simply click on it and go with the flow.

(ii.) The customer has to pack the product as it was before, with the invoice.

(iii.) After 3-4 days, a courier person will come to the address provided by the customer while filing a return request. Hand it over to him and wait for 1-2 days till it will be sent back to the seller.

(iv.) If everything goes fine, then he/she will receive a mail about the refund or he/she can demand a replacement too.

If the product value is under Rs. 1,000 then he/she will get a refund via 9vn Communication Private Limited Cash which can be used for buying any other product on the site but if the value of the product is of more than Rs.1,000 then he/she can get an option of taking refund through Bank Transfer too. The customer will get an email about this and will be prompted of these options. The customer can select the option with which he/she is comfortable.
