-Added initial support for Android L to the Android app.
-Changed the way that malformed certificates are handled in the Android app
-Added detection and remediation for a bug in Android.
-Fixed an issue in the Android app where it would not migrate the user when the migration setting was set to migrate if the SSID was found in the scan cache.
-Fixed an issue with the Android app where the screen showing changes that will be made would show the wrong SSID
