v0.2.7:
> Fixed Auto Sync Time Zone bug when observing DST - Daylight Savings Time. The Particle Cloud doesn’t currently support updating the time to reflect DST. The time zone offset value is now adjusted to compensate for DST so that your Particle device is always running the correct time.
> Renamed "Get Particle Variable" (debug) feature to "Particle Cloud Panel"
> Added extra debug features in the Particle Cloud Panel:
- Added set Particle Cloud Function
- Added a Reboot option
