  - Added option to filter out cheer messages from the text to speech.
  Go to Settings > Text to speech > Do not read Twitch Cheer messages
  - Text to speech will not read the CheerX anymore for Cheer messages.
  - When giving a nickname for text to speech it will fill in their standard username by default.
  - Twitch Cheermote images are now displayed.
  - Stability fixes and memory usage improvements.
