Swasthya Diary

Swasthya Diary is developed for helping the people to keep a record of their vitals and medication information which can be remotely monitored by their doctor. Patient vitals ( Spo2, Pulse, Body Temperature, BP Readings ) are an important indication regarding patients health during recovery.

Key Features :

Users will get timely reminders to measure their vitals and record in the app.

Users can add medication details and patients will get notification reminders to take medications at appropriate times.

Users add their health update on the app which can be remotely looked by the doctor treating the patient on our app.

Doctors can use our app to add patients they are treating and monitor their conditions ( patient vitals , medications , health status updated by patient ) on a daily basis.

Usage :

Users can sign up on the App using a mobile number. Users will get regular Notifications to measure their vitals and record on the app. One can add Spo2,Pulse, Body temperature, BP & Glucose readings on the application. Medication Information can also be added and the app will send notifications for medication at appropriate times. Users can update their health which can be observed by doctors remotely via our app.

Doctors can sign up on the App using a mobile number. Doctors can add patients who are using our app ( Patients will be asked to confirm when a doctor adds him/her ) and monitor their vitals, Medication, Patient regular health updates. Doctors can see all vitals via graphical presentation of information.

App is developed by a team of students from IIT Tirupati under guidance of Dr. Sridhar Chimalakonda Assistant Professor, IIT Tirupati.
