For an optimal user experience with BENECURA:
• After a SymptomCheck has been carried out, a call-back appointment can be booked via OneDoc as an alternative to calling santé24. The service will be available in German and English and is not suitable for urgent cases.
• In order to combine the advantages of the SymptomCheck and the TytoHome service, the symptom of a sore throat will be indicated if a TytoHome examination would also be useful.
