Letsholo’s leadership competence is proven by his illustrious career in both the corporate and private sectors. He began his career in corporate at Debswana Diamond Company and soon moved to Barclays Bank of Botswana where he swiftly rose up the ranks. Hon. Letsholo progressed to hold executive positions at industry leading entities including that of Public and Corporate Affairs Manager at Debswana Diamond Company and Corporate Affairs & Strategy Director at Kgalagadi Breweries Limited. Upon leaving corporate, Letsholo founded and managed various entrepreneurial ventures including RedPepper PRC and Kamoso Consulting.

Hon. Letsholo has intentionally positioned himself as a passionate entrepreneur and business leader with a relentless commitment to the development of youth and small businesses. It is with high revere, respect and humility that he draws wisdom and insights from those before and around him to offer collaborative, progressive solutions to Botswana’s challenges in efforts to move the Nation forward.

He is known to lean on the cultural idiom that speaks to success breeding success – letlhaku le leša le agelwa mogo le legologolo. It is on this idiom that he employs consultation, research and an inclination for innovation in his workings for the people of Kanye North and Botswana as a whole.
