1) Numerous story text errors fixed.
2) Added "game complete" trigger and unlockig of the Extras, which include practice mini-games and some "making of" tidbits.
3) Vendor now update if the player consumes saleable items from their inventory.
4) Vendor mini-games stay a minimum height to make help dialogs easier to read when the item list is short.
5) Fixed bug in double scavenge for the Militant Imperative.
