-moved location, date, and refresh commands to action bar icons
-added daylight display to graph
-added command to show station on google maps (internet required for this command)
-restored Home, WA tide station
-updated and checked all tide data and stations for accuracy
-added variable graph ranges for low tide range stations (upper Columbia)
-check if timezone of phone matches local time
-now requires minimum of Ice Cream Sandwich version (sdk 15)
