- zone files were updated to 2016f (Novosibirsk, Cairo)
- fixed an issue with invalid update in data folder

- zone files were updated to 2016d (Venezuela, Magadan)
- Now, files are updating in system and data partition (some phones does not use information from data partition, and some use from data with priority, so better to update both possible locations)

- zone files was updated to 2016c (Azerbaijan, Chile)

Still missing functionality for ICU db (affects Android 4.4).
