VBond Customer Application is developed for an end to end services and products of the

surface finishing materials.

We are a leading provider of residential and Industrial surface finishing products and

services such as Tile Adhesives, Tile grouts, Epoxy grouts, Epoxy floorings, wall putty’s, wall textures and waterproofing services.

We have a team of experts in every field we offer like, a fresh application of tiles, tile on tilelaying, epoxy grouting, epoxy flooring, and waterproofing services. We also have skilled and well-experienced applicants, we follow international standers and the particular procedure with modern techniques, and well-equipped machinery.

This app is developed for the customer, where they can install it and register into the app

and view our services and request us there.

This app is user-friendly and everything on the app is single tap, in a single tap you can

request our services, redeem points and place complaints.

**Rise a Complaint**

We are always ready to listen to your complaints and quires, we have provided a special

section on our app represented by a camera icon when you tap on it, it will direct you to the camera of your device and there you can take a picture and raise a complaint.

This opportunity is not limited to only our customers but anyone who is willing to take our

services can use this.

Our team will analyse the problem and reach you back within 24 hrs. With a proper

estimation.

**View complaints**

We have provided a proper dashboard, which lets you view your past complaints and also

you can track the status of your complaint.

The status bar shows

Complaint approved ----> when your complaint is accepted and we ready to act on your

complaint.

Complaint in progress---> when we are working on your complaint. This includes site work.

Complaint closed---> when the work is done and then the complaint is closed.

**View services**

There are a well and good catalog of your services and products, with a proper description

of services and procedure involved in constructions, Repairs, Flooring, and etc.

These services can be requested through the app, we provide 24hr customer care service.

**Share referral**

You can share your experience with your friends, family members, and neighbors by

referring our app and you can get a reword of 300 points on every new registration. You can redeem these points to your Paytm or you can use these points on any VBond services T&c applies.

**Services requests**

You can request the service after viewing the service catalog, by tapping the request service button, and also you can see the past requested services with a status bar.

**Warranty certificate**

On every selected service of VBond provide a warranty certificate, which can be viewed on

the user’s profile. This showcases our sincerity towards service and good relationships with customers.

**Recent transaction**

You can also view all transactions that been added and redeemed by us.
