Vivify also offers opportunities to businesses via the Vivify Collaborator App which include:

The Vivify Collaborator App is a platform for businesses associated with Vivify where users whom are Collaborators will be able to communicate with their customers directly with the use of the Vivify Chat feature. Customers are able to send messages and enquiries to Collaborators in order to know more about each business thus allowing Collaborators to form relationships with their customers and address any enquiry.

Users of the Vivify Collaborator App are able to attract customers by providing unique offers based the Collaborator’s business model for the users of the Vivify App to enjoy. The Collaborator’s store, venue information, images, videos, and offers are displayed on the Vivify App for potential customers to view. Merchants will then be able to attract potential customers who browse their respective pages and market their business to a wider audience via Vivify apps

Collaborators may view any past Vivify transactions made on the Vivify Collaborator App to keep track on transaction details, and how often Vivify transactions occur. The Vivify Collaborator App will also show the number of people who viewed their pages on the Vivify App and the most popular hours visited by our Vivers.

For convenience and flexibility, more than one account can login to the Vivify Collaborator account. An owner can request a separate login for their managers and cashier with only the necessary feature of the Vivify Collaborator App available to them.

All Tokens collected by Collaborators from Vivers may be used to best market themselves through Vivify by using Tokens on the Vivify Collaborator App to redeem advertising spaces and gain more exposure with Vivify’s marketing channels. Through this, Collaborators have the opportunity to reach out to more potential customers and gain awareness from new customers.

Collaborators may also be invited to Vivify Events or Happenings where they will each be allowed to setup a booth to further reach out to more Vivers and potential customers. As such, the Vivify Collaborator App has the potential to contribute to the success of local businesses and strengthen the local economy.
