How to Crochet a Slip Knot:

• Hold the thread in U shape, allow 6-8 "yarn (" your tail ") to hang from the end.

• Rotate your finger to create a circle, making the strands of the thread cross each other.

• Insert your finger into the circle and grab the yarn that leads back to your yarn ball (not your tail), make a small circle again.

• Drag a tail that tightens a knot - you should now have a cinched node with one circle coming out from one end, and two strands of yarn (one of them is your tail) out of the other.

• Slip the loop into your crochet hook and pull both ends of the thread to make the circle firmer.

How It Works Foundation Chain:

• Create a knot node and place it on your hook. Hold your hook in your right hand.

• Using your hook, pull the thread (from the string thread, not your tail) through the loop of your slip node. You've just created a chain of stitches.

• Repeat step 2 to make as many chains as you like.
