Black Business Traffic is a website and app that is styled in the form of a navigation app. However, instead of navigating the user to any destination of their choosing, Black Business Traffic lists and navigates the user to the top-rated Black-owned businesses in the area. Black Business Traffic provides a comprehensive list of categories ranging from auto mechanics to clubs and restaurants. The application allows users to leave traffic-themed reviews as red, yellow, or green lights accordingly. These reviews are visible in real-time to the user and serve to aid in choosing a business to support. The overarching purpose of Black Business Traffic is to help the user quickly identify the top-rated Black-owned businesses in order to encourage support and equity in the Black business sector.
