Stats are now designed to go beyond 99+ with cost incrementing after 10 stats, eg: Str 105>106 costs 12
Stats was previously designed to be Ragnarok-ish up to a value of 99, So the Mob Max HP at max was suppose to be ~50%.

Wis Stat now scale diminishingly Starts 0.5% Mob Max Hp per stat to a maximum of 0.1% per stat
Str = 0.25% Crit Damage
Dex = 0.125% Crit Rate
Wis = -0.5% ~ -0.1% Mob Max Hp
Int = 1% Exp(Extra)
Luk = 1% Gold(Extra, From Mobs)
Initial Coins = 100 > 300
