Engineering Unit Conversion

Gas flow rate unit conversion has been added as part of Flow rate unit conversion since it needs additional info on standard pressure and temperature.
Modified screen layouts with new tool bar buttons as shown in screen shots. Added button to display the conversion table for given category and chosen unit from unit A spinner as shown in the screen shots.
Fixed the Android run time exception caused under certain conditions and also updated the conversion table to display up to 4th decimal place.
