Formula One, also known as Grand Prix racing, is the highest class of open-wheel single-seater Formula racing. After the war ended, specifically in 1947, the International Automobile Federation decided to establish a world championship and began planning and preparing for it, until the first Formula One races began on April 10, 1950 in Pau.

Cars participating in the Formula 1 Grand Prix championship must comply with strict laws and regulations, including that the total height of the car must not be less than 95 cm, and the width should not be less than 180 cm, and the weight of the car must not be less than 600 kg, including the driver, and the car must have a seat One for the driver only and the installation of a roof is never allowed. In the interest of drivers' safety, it is always required that the driver's seat be wide enough to allow the driver to leave his seat in an emergency within a period not exceeding 5 seconds only. Turbo or supercharged engines of any kind are never allowed. It is also not allowed to install a fully automatic transmission. The car is required to operate with rear wheel drive only.

The systems determine the size of the aerodynamic tools such as the front and rear wings, and determine their places and sizes as well. In addition, there are several safety regulations and no car is allowed to enter the race unless it meets all the conditions.
