Fruit Carving

In this article I will explain how to carve fruit. And the fruit I take as an example is a cucumber fruit, the steps are as follows:

Cut some cucumber.

Cut a medium or large cucumber along one third of the tip, or for a small cucumber cut into two.

Make a slice of cucumber skin by slicing it just under the skin.

Move the knife slowly under the skin until it is about 1.25 cm from the tip of the cucumber. Pick up the knife, leaving the skin slices still attached to the tip of the cucumber.

Make more slices of skin around the cucumber slices.

Repeat this step until all the green parts of the cucumber skin have turned into slices, or "outer petals" of the flower.

Change the white meat of the cucumber into slices carefully.

This time you will make "petals in" flowers from the cucumber section that is white and hard.

Get rid of the seeds.

Dredge the seeds and dregs out of the cucumber's center carefully with your knife.

Cut the tip of the cucumber petals into a triangle angle.
