The Gram Panchayat (GP), as the local government in rural areas, is primarily responsible for delivery of various local services to their residents. The Institutional Strengthening of Gram Panchayat Project (ISGPP) aims at strengthening the institutional processes related to decision making and implementation with better participation, transparency and accountability; building capacity at all levels including mentoring and better oversight functioning and monitoring the coverage and quality of services delivered.

ISGPP DWS App helps in Geo-tagging the rural water supply network in Gram Panchayats, such as, Hand Tube Well, Dug well, Water Distribution with Pipe Water Supply, Tube well with Pumping System, Treatment for Rural Water Supply and Overhead Water Storage Tank.
