Indonesian Constitution 1945 & Amandements

The 1945 constitution is the basic law of the Indonesian constitution. Ratified first by PPKI (Preparatory Committee for Indonesian Independence). In the period 1999-2002 of the 1945 Constitution experienced 4 amendments (amendments) to the articles.

The structure of the 1945 Constitution originally consisted of preambule, body (consisting of 16 chapters, 37 articles and 65 verses and 4 Transitional Provisions and 2 Additional Paragraphs) and Explanations.

After having four amendments, the structure of the 1945 Constitution consisting of, Opening, Body (composed of 16 Chapters, 37 articles, 194 verses, 3 transitional rules and 2 additional rules)
