For all « end users » :
• Receive standard iTop users communications on the mobile
• View, create, update « my requests »
• View, create, update « my incidents »
For a manager, you will have also :
• Graphics synopsis of my department P1 tickets
• View requests in my department
• View incidents in my department
• View / Approve / Rejects request that need my approval.
