KFM Keep Fit Managment

KFM fitness studio commenced business in august 2007 to cater for a new market of people from all fitness levels wanting a studio that offered a service between a commercial gym and a personal trainer.

The KFM studio was specially designed after much research through gymnasiums locally, on the mainland and internationally. This research looked at what the changing trends were and the needs of clients in our fast-paced busy lives. We expanded our programmes to include Bootcamps. This indoor/outdoor training in a group environment has become a great way to get fit, motivated and meet new people all at the same time.

The acceptance by our members has been exciting and so we have now extended the services to include fitness classes. This ensures clients have a varied and fun time while maintaining optimum fitness levels.
