I created this application for my own need to test ICMP ping to a server on my mobile public internet (3G, 4G and WIFI). The ICMP package takes only 32 bytes so you spend less for your data plan. The application can accept both IP Address (v4) and domain name format such as www.google.com.

This application is very simple and intuitive. For example, you may put 8.8.8.8 and leave the port blank to just start the ping. If you put the port number such as 80 (that is TCP 80), the program will test if the port is opened for you and start the ping test. I am sure that you can get into it in a minute.
