  - a voice-over tutorial will guide you through the first level
  - a new high-score menu
  - numerous graphic and performance improvements
  - removed the main menu rotating menu, as it made some people nauseous (disappointed people who downloaded the game in order to feel sick, can contact me privately for a downgrade)
  - various misc. fixes and improvements
