All personalised user data is only temporarily stored on an Authenticator’s device and is removed once the session expires.

Q-Authenticator is intended for use by authorised staff that hold an account within the Q-Link system. Businesses can create and get access to their Q-Link Authenticator by sending a request via our Contact Us page on our website.
