Aadhaar Number (UID) is a 12-digit unique identification number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) on behalf of Indian Government.

Aadhaar is the base of eliminating duplicate and fake identities. It alone can be used as an identity proof by any Indian citizen. Each individual’s bank account is directly linked to his/her Aadhaar number.

An Enrollment Number (EID) is basically a 28 digit numeric character. UID and EID in Aadhar Card are always unique. You can retrieve Aadhaar enrollment number using this app in case it is lost.

In case you have lost your Aadhaar card and you want to find your uid or eid, you can retrieve UID/EID online using Retrieve UID-EID Aadhaar app.

Input:

• Select whatever you want to retrieve: Aadhaar number (UID) or Enrollment Number (EID)

• Enter your personal details like Full Name and Email id or Mobile number

• Enter the security code as shown.

• Click on “Send One Time Password”. Enter the OTP sent to you and click on “Verify OTP”

Output:

Your Aadhaar number (UID) or Enrollment number (EID), as selected above would be retrieved.

Important Note:

** You should enter the mobile number or email id which you have registered at the time of enrollment.

** In case you have not provided your Mobile number while enrolling for Aadhaar, you must visit a Permanent Enrollment Center to get it registered.

** If you have changed your mobile number or want to change the registered Email id, you should update it as soon as possible.
